Breakfast is a really important part of the vacation in our B&B.
It’s the moment when we meet our guests and we learn to know each other, when we exchange news and ideas with people coming from every part of the world.
So we put great attention to prepare breakfast to offer a wide choice and a good quality so to satisfy the most various requirements, even for those people who are on a particular diet for own choice or needs (vegetarian, vegan, celiac, diabetic, etc).
You always can find fresh croissant e various type of cakes prepared from our pastry chef.
You can find bread and tuscan bun every morning, coming from a typical bakery.
On the buffet you can find salami, cheese, butter, jams, nutella, muesli and other cereals together with yogurt and fruit juices.
At the moment we do fresh espresso or american coffee, hot chocolate and a wide range of tea.
Besides passing through the seasons we insert other particular things related to the time: going from traditional homemade cakes to tuscan garlic bread with fresh tomato or new crop oil, through Easter Cake arriving to toasted bread with sausage or lard.
This way we mix together taste, quality and flavor of our specialty and raw materials with offer as Mediterranean breakfast as international ones.
We are always ready to satisfy particular needs.
During more hot months we move to the internal garden under a wide gazebo, surrounded from plants, flowers and from the scent of pot herbs, herb that we usually use when we cook.
