Rates and Booking

These are the rates for a day’s stay in our B&B

Double room (single bed): €40/60 each night
Double room (double bed): €60/100 each night
Check-in: 16:00 – 23:00
Check-out: 10:00

For arrivals or departures at different times from those preset, you can arrange in advance, it is always available luggage storage.
The price includes household linen, international breakfast and daily cleaning.
We dispose of breakfast for particular diets on request.
Otherwise look at the B&B’s Services we reserve for our guests.

In the price is not included:
Accomodation Tax of Pisa Municipality.
€1,50 each people, each day for max. three days from 01 November till 30 March
€1,50 each people, each day for max. five days from 01 April till 30 October.

How to book a room in our B&B

The reservation’s request can be done by sending an e-mail at prenotazioni@bedandbreakfastsanmichele.com or by filling in the following form.

You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail wich will inform you on the availability of the room you have chosen. In the same e-mail you’ll find also all the specifications about the down payment wich consists in the 50% of the whole amount provided for the sojourn.

The full payment will occur when you’ll reach the spot and it will be accepted only by cash.
The accepted payments for the down payment are the following:

PayPal

It’s possible to pay also with PayPal credit card.
N.B. Before you effect the down payment through the following form, please ask the reception for the availability of the room in the chosen days of permanence.
The following form is only about the down payment, the amount of which will be notified after your request for availability : the remaining sum must be payed in cash at the reception in the B&B.

Bank Transfer

Once you’ll have sent the availability request, the specification about the bank account will be sent by e-mail.
The reservation will be accepted only if accompanied by a scan with the details of the down payment’s receipt.
The remaining sum must be payed cash in hand at the reception of the B&B when you’ll check in.

Regulations: On your arrival you must produce a valid identity paper (Passport , Identity Card , Licence) at the reception.
In absence of that you’ll be not allowed to stay in our B&B.
The payment must be effected at the check-in, and will not be returned in case of early departure.

Down Payment: The down payment consists in the 50% of the whole amount provided for the stay in our B&B and it’s necessary if you want to book a room in our B&B.
You can pay the down payment by means of a PayPal credit card or a Bank Transfer.

Annulment:
– In case of annulment under 15 days before the check-in or in case of absence of annulment, the whole amount will be withheld.
– In case of absence of annulment the room will be reserved until 24:00 the check-in day.
